RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We work hard to make products you’ll enjoy. But in case you don’t, we offer free returns on U.S. orders for any reason within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. We only accept returns on items purchased directly from our website or stores. We do not offer returns on purchases made through other retailers. We do not accept exchanges. In the case that you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please complete the return process and proceed with placing a new order for the desired item(s).
Returns for online purchases can be processed online only. Returns for in-store purchases can be processed through our online return portal, as well, with the exception of stores located within any airport. Purchases made at any airport store location must be returned to the store directly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges from airport store purchases. If you need to return a purchase made at a store located within an airport, please contact the store directly.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
- Complete the Returns process on the Returns Portal
- Print the return label, note the return before date on the label.
- Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed return invoice.
- Place your shipping label on the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Returns must be in new and unlaundered condition. We can’t take back worn or washed items (unless a manufacturing defect is found).
- We can only accept items ordered from thehouseoflrc.com. We can’t accept items purchased from other retailers.
- We can refund the cost of your merchandise only. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please save your shipping tracking number for your security. We can’t replace packages lost in transit.
- Items marked "final sale" can't be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards can’t be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Item(s) must be shipped by return before date printed on the shipping label.
We don’t currently offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA, we’ll have to charge you $30 shipping. (Unless it’s a manufacturing defect, in that case, we’ll gladly cover the charges.)
Please contact us within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Any U.S. order made between November 1st and December 24th qualify for free returns up to and including January 24th.
