Free shipping on orders over $99



We currently ship to all states. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories. All below shipping guidelines are general and not guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for carrier delays.


  • FREE standard/ground shipping on any US purchase over $99
  • $10 Standard Shipping (Ground Shipping, 5-10 business days for delivery) 
  • $20 Two Day Expedited Shipping (Shipped within 1-2 business days)


We also ship to Canada and Mexico.


  • $30 shipping cost + customer responsible for any applicable customs & duties fees as determined by your local customs authorities

Customs & import duties are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. These vary from country to country, and we have no control over what these charges will be. We advise you to check your local customs website before you place your order. These charges are not applicable to orders within the United States. We will not refund customs & import duties charged to you.



Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12 noon PST will be shipped within 4 business days. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped within 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 6 business days. Please note that during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.


Orders placed Monday to Friday will ship 1-2 business day(s) after the date the order is placed. All orders placed after 10am on Friday will be shipped within the next 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be process within the next 1-2 business day(s). Please note that during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.



Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number link contained within the email.

You can also track your order in your order history.

  2. Select the appropriate order number.
  3. If your order has shipped, the tracking number will be displayed.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If your tracking number displays “label created, pending shipment,” please check back after 48 hours to view an estimated delivery date.

If you do not have an account, you can locate your tracking information by accessing our chat help in the bottom, right-hand corner of our website.

  2. Input your email address or SMS phone number that was used when you placed your order.
  3. OR select Sign In With Order Number.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

Please be sure to use the correct address when placing your order! We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to inaccurate addresses being provided at the time the order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number within your request. We will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

We are unable to re-route an order once it has shipped. However, you may initiate a return on our Returns Portal for a credit or a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.


If your order shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please allow 3 additional business days as carrier tracking numbers may show inaccurately. If you have not received your order after 3 business days, please contact us.

If you are missing item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
